I love this time of year! I get so giddy in the Fall, it definitely brings out the kid in me. I like all things pumpkin flavor; and this dip really satisfies my sweet tooth and gives me a good boost of energy.
I often have this snack mid afternoon when I feel sluggish. A high protein, high fiber (from the apples) snack can keep you sated until dinner. I eat a snack around 2-3pm every single day. This protein dip contains 6 grams of protein per serving (makes 4 servings).
With apples in season right now, you can slice up some delicious juicy apple slices to dip in this delicious snack. I make a big bowl and keep it in the fridge to have on hand during the week. You can also dip anything you’d like into it; or just eat it as a little protein pudding type treat. I like this after dinner as a dessert too with some crushed Nila wafers or Biscoff cookies on top.
