Thanks for the reminder. I'm vegetarian and admit I'm not so great about getting enough protein. maybe this is why I'm not building much muscle in my 50s! I'll try to work these smoothies in to my life again. I also liked the other day when you mentioned putting protein powder in with your overnight oats. I never would have thought of that.
